Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Backend API Developer with a client based in Charlotte, NC, or Detroit, MI. This role is 100% remote and is ideal for candidates with extensive NodeJS and GraphQL experience, along with Python scripting capabilities.

This position sits within the BILD (Banking, Invest, Lending, and Deposits)  The team builds APIs for the credit card LOB and has just started supporting front-end capabilities. They handle both local architecture and solutions architecture, viewing architecture from both a big picture and small picture perspective.

• Engaging work beyond typical maintenance tasks

Must Haves / Required Skills:

• Strong API Development experience as a Lead (Apigee is a huge plus, but other tools are fine)
• Heavy NodeJS experience
• Python experience
• GraphQL proficiency
• Some front-end experience with React/React Native
• Enterprise Cloud environment experience (AWS is a MUST)
• Excellent communication skills and comprehension abilities
