Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Incident Management and Cyber Resilience initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects related to incident response, cybersecurity, and resilience. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and implementing best practices to enhance our organization's ability to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management:
· Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
· Lead incident response teams during cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation of risks.
· Conduct post-incident reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Cyber Resilience:
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive cyber resilience strategy.
· Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement resilience measures and ensure business continuity.
· Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate cyber threats.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) is a plus.
· Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on incident management and cyber resilience.
· In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
· Strong understanding of incident response processes and procedures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs.
