Description: 

Currently landscape is ECC 6.0 with P2P (purchase order, to GR/GI, 3-way match, payment process, bank and clearing) except Purchase Requisition.   Direct and Indirect Materials go through 3-way match, goods receipt is created and then payment.  We are working on an SAP project to improve our Procure to Pay processes.  We are looking for a P2P Consultant to help meet with stakeholders to architect, design and help implement our to-be business processes following SAP best practices.  This person should provide best practice around both Gaps in ECC.  Looking at migrating to S/4 down the road 

Gaps: (We need to make sure this P2P consultant has actually done these two below areas, not just knowledge)

Process Gap in GR GI—They don’t have the owners of the purchase owners in SAP and do not have the visibility in SAP. They have Admins that go in and view the goods receipt and confirm so when it comes to month end around Good and invoice receipt matching, they have to reach out to people (quantity/price variance and then behind schedule).  AP talking with the Purchasing department can have communication errors which is also driving this.

Purchase Requisition- Now being handled by 3^rd party application (Appian – this puts in a workflow approval) so they want a person that has knowledge of any purchase req sitting in any 3^rd party system like Appian.  Currently this can’t be customized.  Purchase req comes into SAP along with the entire workflow approval process.
