6 Months contract to hire (After 6 Months Full time)

1. Top Skills:

a. 8-10 years of software development experience, focused on NodeJS, AWS Lambdas, & React. 

        Since comps candidate had 15 years of experience, I do believe we need to up the years of experience here. 

b. At least 3-5 years of experience within the MERN Stack (express is not important) 

c. We are looking for an individual that is on the cusp of being an architect. This role is essentially a lead/principal developer that will have the opportunity to move into an architect level position.
