• Work with Experience Owners and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories
• Creating complex workflows highlighting business processes
• Will need to clearly understand and articulate multiple systems integrations.
• Will work on data mappings between multiple integrated systems.
• Will be working with Product Management and Business Users to determine features and roadmaps.
• Will use analytical and technical knowledge to identify workable solutions that do not consume development capacity.
• Will need to translate technical information for product manager or stakeholders to consume.
• Will be articulating business problem to the team which enables them to determine best solutions.
• Will be writing technical user stories for the team to consume.
• Will Interact with architects and development leads to explore solutions.
• Will need to be cross functional and ready to help the team when needed.
• Will work with different teams and product owners to discuss dependencies and discuss best practices.
• Should have exceptional communication and analytical skills.
