JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Role: Tableau Architect.

Job Type/Type of Hire: W2 Contract.

Job Location: Hybrid @ Chicago, IL, United States OR Peoria, IL, United States.

- Schedule: 

• Hybrid role, candidates can sit in either Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL but must be able to go into the office 3x a week.

• Candidate will be expected to be on-site hybrid starting day one.

- Major Purpose:

• Creation of business critical dashboards for multiple departments. 

• Transformation of data needed for the dashboards. 

• Ensuring proper security models for dashboards as these will contain sensitive, high priority data.

- Typical Day in the Role:

• Development of new visualizations. 

• Maintenance of existing dashboards etc. 

• Validation of access, working with and communicating with project lead. 

- Education & Experience Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to business analytics, data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a similar field with quantitative coursework plus 10+ years exp. 

- Technical Skills (Required):

• Industry standard Visualization Tools: 

o 10+ years exp Tableau (required).

o Power BI (preferred).

o High level visual communication skills and independence.

o Exp developing dashboards for large companies.

- (Desired) 

• Data transformation Tools: 

o SQL language.

o Snowflake.

o Salesforce.

o Google Analytics.

- Soft Skills(Required):

• Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
