Team Member Skills Profile
HMSA implementation team is looking for team members to help with delivery of a new product. Team members will be assigned to the IT Health Services team.

HealthServices Team
• Take in a file (various formats) with requests, pars though and send the requests into the TruCare APIs. Keep track of the message and wait for the corresponding response. Bundle up the responses into the expected file format for the vendor. While the translations are straight forward, we will need to ensure there is tracing, auditing error notifications of the transactions. We will need to track the messages going in and ensure there is a corresponding message going out and no messages are lost in the process.
• Query TruCare APIs for data and present data in various formats to different stakeholders and systems.
• Transform and load data to be imported into TruCare. We are sourcing data from data stores and generating XML files per specifications.
• Monitor and maintain ETL processes.

Project Assignment Skills Requirement – Solution Architect/Developer
• Working knowledge and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and ability to perform analysis, development, testing, problem solving, trouble shooting, work breakdown and estimation.
• Informatica IICS (Data Integration and Application Integration), Postman, SQL, Tidal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
• Designs and develops solutions using best practices.
• Working knowledge and ability to call APIs, transforming and delivering data in files, to data stores or APIs.
• Working knowledge and ability to call data objects transforming and delivering data in files, to data stores or APIs.
• Approaches implementations with reusability in mind.
• Extensive knowledge of technologies used and leverages features out of the box.
• Ability to quickly understand data and data relationships is required.
• Ability to read, understand and step through code or configuration for troubleshooting and issue resolution is required.
• Ability to make updates to application code and deploy solution is preferred.
Team Member General Qualities
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to quickly absorb and understand complex environments is required.
• Certification in IICS is preferred.
• Health Care Industry is preferred.
