Job Tittle: Azure Enterprise Data Architect

Job Type: W2 Contract

Location: Remote 

Duration:  3+ Months 

 This is a Cloud Solution Architect that has been on an Enterprise Architecture team (or played that role)

 (Need heavy AWS experience)

Responsibilities 

           Develop EA Conceptual Reference Architecture for Cloud Foundations;

• Share cloud knowledge  and point of view with other EA Domain teams.
• Provide cloud architectural consulting expertise, direction, and assistance to IT leadership;
• Drive cloud standards for adopting cloud services to ensure consistency;
• Develop compliance model for cloud deployments with the company’s policies and procedures;
• Assist in determining cloud roles, cost analysis and budget requirements needed to support cloud solution, as needed;
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company’s existing IT divisional architecture/infrastructure, and technology portfolio;
• Evaluate impact of cloud solutions in the company’s architecture and security;
• Develop and maintain understanding of technical systems;
• Make presentations to management, clients, and peer groups as requested;
• Requirements:

• Experience designing available Public Cloud services for enterprise consumption;
• Negotiation skills and ability to influence others by educating and sharing information;
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities;
• Migrating legacy solutions to cloud is a plus;
• Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture;
• Expert knowledge of computing architectures;
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture discipline and frameworks;
• Strong understanding of Cloud service offerings and capabilities;
• 4+ years’ experience in enterprise and/or solutions architecture;
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative, multi-stakeholder, multi-location environment;
• Familiarity with service design and pricing in the context of cloud-based solutions, preferred;
