Job Description

The Lead SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant is a key member of the SAP team, responsible for managing the technical and functional aspects of SAP FICO projects, leading a team of consultants, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP FICO solutions.

Experience:

Lead SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultants typically have significant experience in both technical and functional roles within SAP FICO, including project leadership and team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation projects, providing strategic direction, project planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing technical guidance, support, and training to ensure project success and professional development.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design comprehensive SAP FICO solutions that address complex financial and accounting requirements.
• Technical Configuration: Customize and configure the SAP FICO module, including data structures, workflows, and system integrations, to meet business needs.
• Development: Oversee the development of custom SAP FICO enhancements, reports, and interfaces using ABAP programming or other relevant technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Extensive experience (typically 8-10 years or more) in SAP FICO configuration, ABAP programming, and implementation projects.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and SAP FICO functionality.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming and SAP development tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• SAP FICO certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM) is a plus.
