Job Position: Technical Lead

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Atlanta, GA/Remote 

Roles & Responsibilities

1.     10-15 yrs. of Industry experience in tech industry.

2.     At least 7-8 yrs. of experience managing Data Platform support engagements.

3.     Excellent Client management and communication skills

4.     Should be well versed with Informatica BDM / DEI / IDD / IDQ / MDM concepts.

5.     Azure and Databricks knowledge is a plus.

6.     Should be well versed with Problem/Change/Incident management processes.

7.     Understanding the challenges & solutions to achieve the SLAs as per contract.

8.     Good Stakeholder engagement & presentation skills

9.     Should be well versed with Managed Services concepts in Problem/Change/Incident management processes.

10.  Well versed with RAID, RCA and other delivery matrix.

11.  Preferred location – Atlanta, US. ET and CT time zone is a must.

12.  Travel at 40-50% in first 3-4 months, and then at ~25%
